It might have been the middle of May, but the ballroom at Lakewood Country Club turned into a speed-skating and skiing Winter Wonderland for Shaner's Bar Mitzvah. Thanks to Patti at Party Warehouse, gorgeous blue led lights and winter-themed balloons adorned the ceiling above the dance floor and accented each table with the theme. Combined with illuminated truss towers, scanning lights, and 50" plasma televisions, the ballroom surely had the party atmosphere!

MC Brian, MC Todd, and 3 dancers mingled with both kids and adults during cocktail hour, in which they found an elaborate sushi and appetizer display, cocktails, and even air brush t-shirts, all while enjoying a gorgeous Saturday evening outside on the patio. The party quickly moved into the main ballroom, where the energy was contagious! A high-octane introduction set the stage for a non-stop opening dance set, followed by a three-course meal from Lakewood's fantastic caterer.

Shaner's life was highlighted in a very nice montage shown on the plasmas, and from that point on, the dance floor never got empty. Guests of all ages packed the dance floor, actively being engaged by both MC's and dancers, while the DJ kept the music flowing.

It was such a pleasure working with Kelly, Patti, Jason Weil, and all of the other staff that made Shaner's party so successful. Can't wait to see everyone at Nathan's in 2 years!!
